FMC VOR approach

For a route I want to fly (ZPPP - ZUCK), X-plane doesn't provide STARS for ZUCK arriva. I'm newby in using the FMC, so I was wondering if I can set up an outbound heading after reachting the last VOR on my flightplan, following by setting up an outbound heading for the runway VOR.

I'm planning on flying the last waypoints from QJG direct to SHC. After that, I want to fly 289 degrees outbound SHC (as seen on this chart: http://opennav.com/pdf/ZUCK/ZUCK-10F.pdf). After this I want to intercept the 19 degrees radial inbound CKG.

Can somebody explain to me how I put this in the FMC? I hope my explanation makes sense :).
