Question about NAVIGRAPH updates

Quick question, I have the Phenom 300 and the Navigraph addon as well as SVS, and I just updated my AIRIC to 1713 via the Navigraph FMS data manager, but the Prodigy system still says it is out of Date when it powers up.  Is that normal?  Is the splash screen not updated when you update the data?
