Language variations

Hello,My first post. I have been a virtual pilot for many years. Most of my flying is done on VATSIM, which is of course great fun although sometimes the lack of traffic can be a bit unrealistic. I often like to fly with max AI traffic but have to limit myself to the US due to the lack of other national pilots. I remember in a previous FS version, an addon that varied the voices by region and nationality of aicraft. Can anyone confirm if a similar programme is out there for FS9?Many ThanksMal
