February 13, 20188 yr Noticed that after installing the latest Nvidia Driver update, 390.77 my Windows 10 Creators 64 bit screensaver stopped working. After hours of trying the various listed fixes I discovered that Nvidia installs the driver settings for Broadcast LIVE to ON, which prevents the screensaver starting because LIVE is a background process preventing Screensaver start.. To remedy this and for screensaver to work again, you need to manually turn the Broadcast LIVE setting to OFF in the GeForce Experience settings menu Hope this helps anyone having the same issue and saves wasted time trying to fix.
