PMDG 747 FMC Freeze

Hello! I was doing a flight from KLAS to KSFO

When I reached my cruising alt, my FMC froze.

I heard that the panelstate is corrupted, so i loaded from the engines running.

But, when I did the flight, the FMC froze again!

Whats the problem?
