June 18, 200619 yr Hi everybody!I have his annoying problem. It seems i have to have fair weather to fly VHR. But when i tried to do a concorde flight, i set the weather to rain, ATC denied my request for a VFR flight plan. I was forced to choose IFR, which wasn't the one i wanted. I can't fly in snow, or rain without ATC rejecting my request for a VFR plan. Could somebody help?thanks robbie(my forum below)
June 18, 200619 yr um, that's the law. If the weather at the airport is IMC you can't TO or land. And, as probably the case, if you plan to fly your Concorde in Class A (an altitude higher than FL180, i.e. 18000 ft), you also must have an IFR flight plan. Also, the law.
