I just installed a brand new TrackIR system and somehow my installation of FS9 (without the patch) now wont let me change the display option details without crashing FS9 to the desktop. What should I do?thanks,Eric T

I originally posted this question several months ago. Now again tonight I get the same thing. I noticed that all of a sudden I was having a lens flare effect when I never turn it on and also my scenery display was different too. When I go to Display Options, I click on it and FS9 crashes. Also, this also happens around the time that I also experience the weight units changing to Kilograms from Pounds. I have US listed as the setting for International Settings, but it still shows in pounds. I am dying here trying to get this settled as it proves very aggravating. Strangely enough I dont remember what fixed it last time. Any ideas?Thanks,

Delete FS9.cfg, then restart sim.Allcott

Thanks. I will maybe try that next time. I did a system restore in Windows XP Home. Fixed her right up. Who knows?
