July 3, 200619 yr Peter,It looks like you spend lot of time to answer the same questions again and again. After read your answers, I have to say I am still confused. Why don't you (or somebody who can) spend a little bit time to write a stey-by-step tutorial to clear everything out. I read the users manual word by word but I have to admit that your users manual is not as good as your product. Also, can you release the manual in pdf format? I have trouble to print your manual in the current format. Love your product and support.~ Charles KDTW
July 4, 200619 yr we are working on a more intuitive front end or GUI/installer program. We always knew it was going to be hard to explain how this program works to some people. We are leaning now what some people are struggling with and we are working hard to address it.you shouldn't need a step by step tutorial if we get the logic right on the front end so please be patient and we will get there as fast as we can for you.Meanwhile I'll see what we can do to put the steps on our website to show how it's all done.
July 4, 200619 yr Peter, I love your work with FE and GE pro, and as a result I can wait for FSX!! I'd like to suggest what I think is missing from the manual. I think your instructions are fine but what I think is required is a kind of preamble or description of what the software is about. You need to know what a programme is supposed to do in principle before getting into the 'how to do it bit'. This is what I struggled with. Given that your programme does something that no other programme has done before, this is especially important. Once I got my head around the 'principles' of the programme then I was OK and could get on with using it. Hope this is of some help.Keep up your fantastic work and many thanks.
July 4, 200619 yr yes, thanks,This is the problem in as much that it's so very unique. But don't worry we are working on taking input from customer feedback and getting those ideas in the program. We will update you and let you know as soon as possible. There is a leaning curve and some people get to grip with things much more quickly than others. Fortunatley a lot of people share their tips and ideas.Anthony is also working on a new page on our website to help give a more complete illustration while Carl adds the things customers want in the manual and ammendments to the GUIThanks again for you ideas. Much appriciated indeed.
