LEVEL D 767 crashing when selecting "Ground operations"

As said in the title, the LEVEL D 767 crashing when selecting "Ground operations".

I looked in event viewer, and something about ntdll.dll and a fault code of 0xc0000374

I went to this one: 

and people say to uninstall MS Office but, i'm running Windows 10 and I don't even have MS Office. (At least i don't think so)

So, what's going on?
