Weird one... Too many trees, and in odds places...

Here is a weird one. Every since I got FSGenesis' Hawaii terrain mess, I've had nothing but trouble... Not to say FSG has bad stuff. Use all fo the freebie stuff they offer with great results. Think it's more my problem...1st, had square islands after install. After playing around with different things, hard to say what that was six months ago before a six month deployment. Now that I'm back and that seems this problem has gone away. now on to2nd, now there are freeking trees everywhere, in the runways, in the taxiways, on the ramps. BUT every where else in the world in fine. I thought auto-gen was world-wide, but apparently not, anyone know where I need to start to look to fix this problem?
