July 7, 200619 yr I have developed a problem with extreme pitch sensitivity in my CH Joystick. A brief summary:CH USB Joystick ProFS9FSUIPC (current release)No customization of control sensitivities in FS9All has been smooth and stable for a long time.Developed an issue with runaway pitch trimDeleted FS9.cfg, no improvementReinstalled FS9 with above components, recalibrated joystickIn the default 172, pitch is almost uncontrollable w/joystick, very oversensitive.COuld this be a mechanical issue with the joystick? I dn't have any other joysticks to test with, and the CH is <6 mos. old. I did move it to a USB hub, and I have installed the latest CH control manager.Any ideas? Thanks,Bruce RiggsKADS
July 7, 200619 yr Author Hi Bruce,One way to test the joystick is to disconnect it and fly using the keyboard. If your bird flys reasonably well, then some part of the joystick must be the culprit. With NumLock off, you can pitch using the 2 and 8 keys; bank using the 4 and 6. I think the Arrow keys will do the same.Let us know if this helped.Regards,JerryH
