Majestic Q400 MJCINI error

Could anyone please help me solve this issue whereby when i try to run the majestic q400 on fsx i get an error message saying fsx could not load .ini file please install as an admistrator. The title of the error is MJCINI.

I have tried installing it and uninstalling it several times, Ive also unistalled several addons to see if they were causing this error. Can anyone help me out!!!
