For me the atc window is now longer greyed out but only Ground and Atis is displayed.  No longer can get Clearance.

I use Simbrief for my flight plans.  Should I have to export a flight plan to P3D for clearance to work?

Never had to before.  Just exported to Aivlasoft and the aircraft, activate and clearance used to be available.

Any ideas?

You'll have a default flight defined.
change 'some' setting and save, it will upgrade the file to the new version

Or

delete in .cfg
SITUATION=<default file>

and create a new one
