P3d v4 view stutters

Hi! Now i really hope you can help me :/! My sim has stutters when i turn at anything view. I don't know what to do😫 i have uninstalled p3d v4.3 today and it doesn't help. My frames are unlimited and vsync is on🙄😓😰

It helps when l use view "virtual cockpit only" when windows of plane are blacks but nobody want fly with it. I have aerosoft a319 professional, pmdg 737, ORBX: global base pack and trees, rex4, active sky next...
