July 30, 200619 yr I don't have a very good system. Generally, I get anywhere between 14 to 20 frames per second. However, when I trying to land on KBOS, just about getting on the run way, my frame rate did a nose dive to a slow motion of 1 frame every 2 seconds and that cost me to crash my aircraft. Otherwise, the whole flight has been great experience with Radar Contact.
July 30, 200619 yr To get better frame rates you will have to sacrifice graphic quality. Turn down your Anti Aliasing, reduce some of the sliders, turn down autogen density, reduce mip map quality etc etc.Flying into heavily dense scenery areas with demanding airplanes will also kill your frames - try to avoid the big cities and stick to regional airports etc
