Help: I am receiving the message: Invalid license contact dealer.

I checked this link out but still did not work 

Does anyone else have any ideas as to why I am receiving this message when I have a valid license.  Thanks in advance for any help offered.

I am using windows 10 with xplane 11

 

SOLVED: DECIDED TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING AND THE MESSAGE IS NOW GONE
