Setting Up

Recommended Posts

Hello All

I am not the best when it comes to understanding and setting up things on the computer and up to now, I have not been able to understand how to set up Desk Pilot.

I am wanting to connect both computers in my home running on the same internet connection. However 1 is on P3D V4 the other is on FSX, don't know if it makes a difference? How would I connect them both up, when I put the IP address into the client it says connection failed. Do I need to use another bit of software to link them up?

Many thanks for your help!

Both of you need the same simulator and version.

Connection via LAN requires your local ip address that is assigned by your DHCP server. Not the global ip given by your ISP - unless you're planning on connecting globally.
