Why am I getting “Undeliverable: Carenado Download Link” when I try to reach support for my D18 problem?

I originally received the activations exceeded error when I tried to reload the D18 into FSX steam, was sent a new download link a new serial: and when I tried to install from this download I received "invalid serial:" error and now I can't converse with support because of the System Administrator Undeliverable situation that I get when I email them.

Love Carenado aircraft, but this leaves a bad vib with me.
