Game froze right before landing

I was on final approach into KJFK when my game froze right before landing and my plane appeared right above the runway causing me to slam into the ground. This never happened to me before. Anyone know what would cause this?

Addons- PMDG 747, active sky, asca, orbx global, fsuipc, chaseplane
