WMI Error when VFX Central is open then immediate closure

So I just re-set my computer in a attempt to clear out all of the files so it would be usable until I can afford a new one. After downloading everything and attempting to start VFXCentral to start the download on chase plane in about 20 seconds it pops up with a little screen that says An error occurred (WMI) ive tried everything even looked at some solutions on the forum but nothing seems to be working.
