I know this issue has probably been addressed but if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be grateful. 

After installing ChasePlane, when I opened it I got an error message saying "Looks like something unexpected occured. A log file will sent to OldProp automatically the next time you launch ChasePlane. Sorry for the incovenience."

I allowed permissions within my Windows defender for ChasePlane.exe and the ChasePlane bridge.exe but it is still showing the same error.
