rex4 direct w/ soft clouds P3D4.4

Can anyone help me with the following. I Installed Rex4 DT w/SC on my P3D v4.4. My configuration is as follow: Razen 5; 16GB; 1050IT PTA; Global weather Gaming Computer.I tweaked the Rex and it is working. The only thin I see is that the clouds when I slew outside the plane is different the when you inside the cockpit Outside is overcast (while the Global weather reports clear sky) and inside normal tropic sky with a few cumulus clouds.
