"IFR Training," an Undocumented Option???

Featured Replies

On my installation of RC Version 4.3.3845, there is a selectable option on the "Plane Information and Options" screen labeled "IFR Training" for which I have searched for but have not found any references or documentation.   It is not shown in the screen shot on page 29 of the V3 manual.  It appears in the last column beneath the "Tune on Contact" option and above the "Souls on Board" box.  I selected it then loaded and flew an IFR flightplan but didn't see anything different during the flight.   Does anyone know anything about this option?

Never mind.... I found an answer:

The option turns off the first line of the display, showing you the next checkpoint, distance and bearing
