Updating data base for Wilco / FeelThere Airbus

Featured Replies

hello guys

I recently subscribed for the NavDataPro from Aerosoft.

Downloading of tool and installation with the code key given with the invoice has been OK. I got a folder Aerosoft containing the application and the download NavDataProCycle.

The problem appears when I try to load the base in my FeelThere folder with Airbus. The installation failed.

The aerosoft support team I have contacted considers that the pb comes from the firewall protection and the installation of FS9 wich is protected against modifications.

I make several trials for modifications of the firewall and attributes of my folders but with no success.

The aerosoft download folder contains compressed files which cannot be dezipped because it requests password. Aerosoft team to which I made the remark answered that there is no manual operation necessary, NavDataPro application deals everything automatically. From that I infer that the passwords for the unzipping is passed by the software.

It does'nt work in my case.

Consequently I spent money for the subscription of data I cannot use.

Has anyone suffered from this? Any help would much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any comment.
