Incomplete spawning of ORBX road lights

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum and I'm not sure how it works exactly to pose a question, but is it normal for P3Dv4 with ORBX products such as Base, OpenLC North America and Pacific Northwest to have issues with road side lights not spawning all along the roads, namely highways?

Any help would be appreciated!
