Why my ATC module don't change the status from Standby to XPNDR in IVAP?

 
under FSX environment works correctly, after change to P3D v4.4 only partial functionality occurs. Opencockpits hardware based on SIOC, FSUIPC
 
PC Master - WIN10, P3D v4.4, Ifly CBE, Ivap (master)
PC Slave1 - WIN10, Ifly Client
PC Slave2 - WIN 7, Ivap Client - PROBLEM
 
Installation and connectivity without problem. From hardware and Ifly is possible:
- tuning of transponder - OK
- tuning of frequencies - OK
 
Problem:
- change the status from STBY to XPND
- change the ident status
(IFly works correct as programed by SIOC and FSUIPC offsets)
 
Any idea from the group why 50/50 situation in IVAP Client? 
Any other specialized forum available in the community?
