Not responding on departure

Every time I depart, i get a white screen, then not responding for maybe 30 to 45 seconds, then resumes.  I am running FS2Crew, AS16, vPilot, runway bumping effect, and 3D real cockpit effect.  I have tired to resinstall using "Repair" to no avail.  It used to work fine with all the add-on apps running.

It appears CPU is running about 50% and memory approx 80%

Any ideas?
