Prepar3D No Longer Shows Certain Aircraft After Updating FLAI

After recently updating FLAI I have gotten an error when loading in stating, 

"Vehicle Initialization has failed for: F-22 Raptor - 525th Fighter Squadron

    You will now be placed in visualization-only mode."0b9521a42b2d0b47b1fd28a127a76217.png

After this clicking ok on this error, during the scenario selection screen, many aircraft are absent from choice including PMDG Aircraft, Aerosoft DC 8/CRJ, the MJC Q400, but excluding the Aerosoft A320.
