Suggestion

Good to see that the developers are members of this forum and listening to the community, I've only known a few games where the developers have interacted on a forum with it's fan base.Anyhow, I originally posted this on the PAI forum, however thought I'd put on here too to get some feedback. The majority of suggestions on this forum are good, a few are obviously too far fetched such as those wishing for lots of airports with detail, as this would simply take far too long to do, plus that's what all the third party companies specialise in! My real hopes are that the AI aircraft have real sound, including taxi, take-off, in flight and landing sounds etc, AI Blast is good, but would be nice if it was incorporated into the out of the box product. And secondly I see the lighting is apparently going to be improved, I just hope that this is the case at night, especially at the airports, where by we don't have this still: http://secure.simmarket.com/online/zinerte...p2/002large.jpg where we have a lit up terminal and apron, but the aircraft are completely dark. When aircraft are parked on the apron, they are obviously often lit up by all the lighting, such as in this picture: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/991240/M/ Would be nice to see the night-time effects greatly improved in general, such as the city lights etc, I always enjoyed flying at night more, but was put off by the lack of lighting and effects, it would be great with realistic surroundings. I also hope when it's overcast, that it does look all gloomy and dark, one thing that I always noticed was even when it was overcast, everywhere still looked lit up and you had shadows and sun reflections. Weather in general has improved greatly since 2002, would be nice if that continued.I've heard quite a few good ideas on other forums, such as having grass around the airports that you see waving in the wind, and which are blown around when you taxi past, and power-up for take-off etc. Plus the wind blowing the water on the ground if it's raining. Obviously these effects would be excellent, but it all comes down to the time the programmers have. I haven't used FS for a fair few months, and it isn't actually installed on my comp atm, but certainly when I did, I generally paid more attention and wanted to see more effects at the airport and on approach, than during the rest of the flight, as all you generally see when at 37,000ft is the blue sky. I especially wanted to see effects when AI traffic where about too.I'd be interested to see what AI changes are coming as far as aircraft and flightplans too, as obviously this might effect our work at Totally Flight.
