Just found out about FSX

Hurrah!! The next FS is really on the way,and it looks really great. From the screenshots it looks like we will have higher res mesh, more subtle textures and environment, and better Autogen. All great stuff !! I have read many of the comments on this Forum and support the more thoughtful contributors who look forward to the new version and offer thanks and encouragement to the MS development team who are working to make our hobby (obsession !?) more rewarding still. I am likewise appalled at those cynics who are prepared to dismiss the new version as "mere eye candy" at this very early stage. As a confirmed "Heavy Jet Airline Man" my personal wish list has at the top a more flexible, comprehensive, less restrictive and bossy, and bug free ATC engine together with better and smoother Real Weather integration without the annoying program pauses when the next regions weather refuses to download. If the new FSX does indeed look as good as the screenshots indicate I may be tempted to explore VFR more often !! The best thing about the FS hobby in my opinion is the way MS provides us with a great base on which all the developers can then expand to cater for every kind of Flightsim enthusiast.I am sure MS will do their best for us all.Power to your elbows Microsoft !! take your time and make FSX the best yet......as real as it gets !!
