P3Dv4 Not following flight plan

Hi Team,

My PMDG 737 and Aerosoft A320 (especially aerosoft) have not been catching the flight plan.  I have been aligning my IRS and in the last three days my aircraft just don't catch the flight path line.

Any ideas
