Help needed: navigation lights FS9

Hi all,I've got a strange problem with all the aircraft in FS9 (both flyable and AI).The navigation and strobe lights are flashing WAY too fast... it almost looks like the sim is running at 4x speed (which, of course, it doesn't). As far as I know nothing special has been changed in the FS9.cfg file and I've tried every setting and replacement download available, but nothing seems to work...I'm alomst getting headache from all the very fast flashing lights at busy airports...Does anybody know how to fix this?
