FF A320 Not Following Flight Plan

I really want to learn how to fly in this thing, I think I've got everything right until I hit AP1 and the plane starts taking somewhere else in the world. I've spent hours on youtube videos on this aircraft and programming the MCDU and the flight plan with it including stars and sids but I just can't get it right. I've included some screenshots I took that will may give some spots I'm forgetting or doing wrong.

My throttles are in CLB mode, my flight plan has no discontinuity's in it, and it has been inserted. 

I've followed many checklists, but I guess it is just something I am doing wrong, if anyone could help me or has a solution please help out, it would be much appreciated. Screenshots below.
