Visual model not showing

I have bought the Emb 120. I get invalid file handle 32 during the install.

When I go in Prepar3d (latest version) and choose the airplane it wont show the visual preview, the aircraft or panel.

I have tried to install the latest patch 1.2 after uninstalling the 1.1 version. But it doesnt help at all.

This have never happend with the other carenado planes I have bought.

Can someone help me with this?
