September 16, 200619 yr Does anyone know why all but the default "Saved Flight",in "My Flights"would crash the sim. The file is at 31.4mb,and I am not sure if that is to big for the flight simulator or not. Microsoft said to install the "9.1 update",but it was already installed! The sim has been acting strange, as in the the aircraft loading page with the chosen aircraft rotating. My aircraft jerks around, some times affected by the mouse. Once into the "Flight" the sim renders ok.This is a fresh install because of the problems I was having. The system would lock up while flying in the Misty Fjords scenery, with the FLIGHT1 C185 Float. September 16, 200619 yr I think you have answered your own question. You have a fresh install of FS, but all those previously saved flights, which probably refer to scenery, aircraft or anything else you don't have installed anymore. Suggest cut'n'paste every non-default flight out of the folder, trhen put the back one at a time until you find the culprit.Allcott
September 16, 200619 yr Allcott,I just got back to the problem, crashing the sim again, when I got a warning window that I had "multiple FUIPC.dll's installed on my system". I had one installed in my Modules folder, and one in a back up folder in "My Documents". I deleted the one in the back up folder, and the sim booted up any "Saved Flight" I wanted. So I guess you can back up too much! Thanks again for the help. Ken:)
