I have a problem with that spot also. Mine is flashing there so I tried changing the textures that did not work. The spot in the back where the buses run back and forth flash on and off also. It must be a texture over texture problem. Maybe the author of the scenery can just get rid of the gate area textures in the bgl then the scenery would be prefect.
