I am seeking individuals who are knowledgeable in Virtual Airlines, Virtual Carriers, flight simulation, as well as those who are brand new to join the Board of Governors for a new Virtual Carrier that I am working on developing. The goal that I foresee is to establish a Virtual Carrier which will simulate the operations of a Part 135 (non-scheduled) air carrier. I would like to have our pilots flying to any recognized airport (in the world) in any aircraft with limited rules and regulations beyond those that are necessary for law or fair play. The goal for the Board of Governors is to guide and direct the movement of the entire organization. Each Governor will be responsible for a specific part of the organization, such as technology or pilots.
