Throttle on PMDG 777 does not go back to N1(idle)

Hello All,

Sorry I am new to this forum and need some help. I am Thrustmaster 16000m and when I am give the aircraft a little power to roll and bring back the throttle down, it does not go back to idle. This was working fine and all of a sudden it starting giving this issue. I unplugged the controllers and plugged them back but it still happens.
