x organizer and file need attn

i ran xorganizer and it said i had about 12 files that needed attn. i discarded all and yet when i run xorg again it says the same thing with the same files. is that the way it is supposed to work? if i open scenery.ini they're listed as disabled.

if you can help it'd be  great. thanks.
