Hi guys,

As stated in the title I have installed the software, all hooked up, I get the 2d pop up which stays black, and I also cannot get the 3D model to load in, I assume something has gone wrong in the install. If it helps my aircraft are in a seperate folder D: xplane11/aircraft/_payware do you think thsi could be in the issue?

It was inded the install, not sure what went wrong the first time but I deleted everything from my PC to do with the plugin, reinstalled the main install and reinstalled the Garmin Trainer software and boom, it works in 2d and 3d.
