AI Aircraft.cfg question

Featured Replies

I just downloaded an AI Traffic set from the Great New Zealand Light AI Project (GNZ LAP) guys. I already have Henry T's payware HTAI C172 planes. Both packages came with traffic files and c-172 aircraft.cfg files.I'd like to know if I can simply copy and insert the GNZ LAP-guys' [fltsim=xxx] entries below the exisitng entries in the HTAI C-172 aircraft.cfg file and simply "up" the GNZ LAP-guys' numbers to "=9xx" using a replace. This would create a "numbering gap" between my existing [fltsim=xxx] numbers and the new nubmers. Will that numbering gap be accepted by FS9? Or will it cause some sort of instability or other problems?((The NZFlightsim Forum-guys' posted solution is to swap back and forth (by renaming) between their aircraft.cfg files and Henry T's.))Thanks in advance.
