I am not running the best graphics card in the world but I have a geforce 7600gs 256mb. I know it's not the best graphics card in the world and I know I can upgrade but how much better would it make it. My problem is the graphics as well. I am not impressed with the buildings and how they look. It's just a bunch of building just planted in a huge field and that's the city. Kind of jagged edges too.

I've got some good looking city pics with auto-gen off & sparse. And with the 7600GS 256MB. However, they're on the other CPU which has no program yet for reducing, etc. And as I'm leaving soon, no time to transfer either.Some cityscapes actually look real good as photo-real, instead of 3D houses on top of the photo-real subdivisions. I am really hoping future hardware and a DX10 version or patchable version is in the future. I know it may sound dumb but I am new to fsx and what exactly is autogen and how do I turn it off completley?? Do I just turn the slider all the way to the left or should I go into the .cfg file??>

Yeah my fs9 looks waaay better than fsx, well at least the latest demo. Thats why im holding off on fsx for a while. To me the biggest thing im missing out on is the future pmdg 737 and lds 757.
