cannot convert files for autogen

My computer, for some reason will not convert these files from BMP format to dts1 for the autogen fix to work. I get error messages in the file converter "error, failed to convert" or "error cannot load"Could some kind soul put these files up for download as DTS1 files or could someone tell me how to make my comp do it?.. thanks, JamesJ
