It would assess the system in a number of variables (e.g. ram, gpu, cpu speed, rate of frag, HD occupancy) and simulate fps with different FS settings. It would spit out a range and perhaps recommendations for improvement. Not even sure it's possible, although I've seen programs doing sort of that (e.g. server tweaking). Any wizz out there?
