Landing the R22 on the Cruise Ship in FSX Demo v2

Featured Replies

Help !!!Can anyone with the second release of the FSX demo (the one that includes the R22) tell me if they can land on the heli pad of the Cruise ship, with FULL realism and crash detection?I had the first version (of the FSX demo) and imported the R22 from FS2004 and could land fine, again on hard settings. In the second version, as soon as I touch down I crash. If I try to land any ANYWHERE else, I can land fine.To me it seems that the second FSX demo version has got a problem with the Heli pad.I've touched down smack in the middle with hardly any decent rate in a level hover and it still registers as a crash. Is it just me ?MarkDell XPS Gen3 (3.6GHz/800FSB) | 2GB DDR SDRAM | 360GB SATA RAID 0 | 256MB ATI Radeon X850 PE (Catalyst 6.5) | Audigy 2 ZS Sound | Saitek X52 | WindowsXP Pro (SP2) | DirectX 9.0c
