Doin' my bit to help the Avsim site performance

I see Tom has put up a sticky as all the FX traffic has been slowing down the site and I think we all have noticed that. He's asked that we change our "preferences" so as to download only 7 days of messages rather than the full year that most of us are set for.In addition I have to admit to being guilty of staying logged on, sometimes even on two forums, whereas I only actually look in every hour or two. It's my day off BTW. Anyway I'll now be logging off the site and simply checking back every hour or two rather than leaving it loaded. That should really help the sites performance if most of us do that.I hope my post isn't seen as overkill from Toms post because I certainly missed his sticky three or four times before noticing it.Edit: BTW isn't it hilarious that FSX has created this problem and it technically isn't even released yet? We must be watching history in the making, Flight Sim wise that is.
