Issues with FSX default Baron 58 running in P3D 4.5

I had the Baron copied over from FSX to P3D back when I migrated to P3D 4.1 and it has been working fine for the longest time, even after the upgrades to current P3D 4.5.  Just recently some controls stopped working, primarily engine 1 throttle.  I am not sure what I installed since it stopped working, but it was working fine few months ago in P3D 4.5.

I have a bunch of airport add-ons, ChasePlane, PMDG NGXu and others, and FSUIPC5.  P3D controls disabled, and I doubled checked FSUIPC5 conflicting control inputs and they are none, I even took out the default no-profile assigned control mappings but the problem persists.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
