SCENERY.cfg file error for every area

I tried to change scenery.cfg and when I next loaded up, I got: SCENERY.CFG file error.  Could not find scenery Area.053's local scenery directory: Scenery\0602\SCENERY.  Would you like to unload this area?

Unlike the rest, this error comes up for every scenery area in P3D.  I've tried deleting it but it still does nothing.
