October 14, 200619 yr Good luck I've got same problem. I have posted in various forums, read lots of posts with similar problems but nothing works. I have spoke to Microsoft Support Professional, and still can't validate since purchasing over a week ago.They try to be helpful at support but I don't think they know how to fix the problem. I was shifted around with different conference calls. In the end I was told to call back after release date of 17th. Sounds like they are scrambling and buying time because support is not capable of fixing the problem at this time.Don
