Problems by creating a scenery

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I open this topic because I tried a lot of times to create a scenery of the airport where I do gliding, but there are so many problems that I can't fix that I need YOU to help me please!

So first of all I created a Scenery in WED.exe. I choose the runway setting transparent and it wasn't equiped with any lights. But when I open the scenery in XP11 there are runwaylights as well as a grass runway although I choosed a transparent one. Furthermore our ariport called Nastätten based in Germany is such sloped, that I have to create a different mesh to make it able to land on it. I've done this with Ortho4XP and some Photorealscenery.

So now to my problems:

Although I added exclusions with the Overlayeditor, I still got buildings in my scenery (look at the pictures). When I want to add some selfcreated buildings the mesh is still too rough to sit directly on the ground.

My questions:

Maybe there is someone out there who can help me fix one or maybe all of my problems, because I have no idea how i can edit a mesh or why the runway isn't transparent althoug WED.exe says that it should be transparent.

thank you in advance and for a quick reply

Jannik

p.s. I'm from Germany, so if you're speaking german too you can also answer me in german. Thanks a lot.
